What to expect on your first visit

During your first visit a detailed history of your present and previous complaints will be taken together with any relevant medical history. From this your condition /diagnosis will be explained carefully to you and a suitable course of treatment carried out, if appropriate.

Please wear suitable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a loose T-shirt, so that access can be gained to your back or limbs without you needing to undress.

Having worked in the building trade for 40 years, you tend to accept pain as the norm. However, early in 2010, I was incapacitated by crippling pain.
