What to expect in your first osteopathy visit
During your first visit, a detailed history of your present and previous complaints will be taken, together with any relevant medical history. From this, your condition/diagnosis will be explained carefully to you and a suitable course of treatment carried out, if appropriate.
Please wear suitable clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a loose T-shirt, so that access can be gained to your back or limbs without you needing to undress.

I started practising osteopathy in 1992 after graduating from the British School of Osteopathy, London and later went on to train with the National Sports Medical Institute in sports injury management.
After a number of sessions Vincent not only fixed the problem, but dispelled the nagging back pain.
